Bus RFP October 2024

The Coffee County Board of Education will accept sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., October 1, 2024 for two small handicapped equipped buses. 

Bid opening will take place on October 1, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Bids must be good for a minimum of 60 days. 

Bus specifications and bid documents can be obtained by contacting Kelvin Shores @ 931-723-5150 or shoresk@k12coffee.net. 

All bids must be returned in a sealed envelope by the appointed time and date to the Coffee County Board of Education, 1343 McArthur Street Manchester, TN 37355. 

No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and award bid to other than the low bidder. It is the policy of Coffee County, Tennessee to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21.
